BRAD D’ARCO, DIRECTOR & LEAD CONSULTANT

Brad D’Arco has nearly 2 decades of experience in secondary school admission and athletics. He began his career in education as a teacher and hockey coach at Brunswick School in 2004. Following that Mr. D’Arco was the Director of Financial Aid/Senior Associate Director of Admission at Berkshire School where he also coached the Boys’ Varsity Hockey team and Girls’ Varsity Soccer team. After nearly a decade at Berkshire School, Brad was named the Director of Admission and Strategic Initiatives at The White Mountain School, a position he held until being named the Director of Admission and Financial at Northwood School in Lake Placid, New York. Brad created D’Arco & Associates in 2021 in order to help families better understand the secondary school admission process and to create opportunities for student athletes at the prep school level.

A student-athlete himself, Brad attended Brunswick School before graduating from Taft School in 1999. At Taft he captained the varsity soccer, hockey and lacrosse teams and earned All-League and All New England honors in all three sports. Following his graduation from Taft, Brad went to Colgate University where he was a member of the Mens’ Hockey team and served as a team captain his senior year. He graduated from Colgate with a degree in History and Education.

Damian DiGiulian, Associate Consultant

With a career spanning more than three decades in collegiate hockey, Damian DiGiulian has built a reputation as both a tactical innovator and a trusted mentor to players and coaches alike. He has served as Head Coach at Saint Michael’s College, Assistant Coach at Division I University of Vermont,  Division III power Middlebury College and has played a key role in USA Hockey’s national development initiatives. Over the years, Damian has coached and recruited NHL All-Stars, Olympic gold medalists, and collegiate All-Americans.

Having recruited prep school athletes for the majority of his career, DiGiulian possesses a deep understanding of what it takes to succeed at both the prep school and collegiate levels. This experience allows him to identify which schools provide the best opportunities for student-athletes to thrive. Additionally, throughout his nearly 30-year collegiate coaching career, he has developed strong relationships with prep school coaches across the country.

A graduate of Kent School and Hamilton College, he combines first-hand experience with a broad knowledge of the athletic, academic, and social landscape to help families find the right fit for their children.
